Seyda Neen Player Shack

A small shack for all of your poverty-stricken or new game needs.

This shack is a great choice if you're low on money or fresh off of the prisoner ship. This one bedroom, outside-world bathroom offers a basement for natural disaster protection, or if you need to hide from the tax collector, who thankfully is dead in Seyda Neen. It has great outside views despite some of the mudcrabs just a couple of feet away from the back (or side) door. The previous owner was so high on skooma they dug a tunnel to a forgotten (almost) perfectly preserved Dwemer ruin, so if you're a time-lost Dwemer or a person really into the Dwemer ruins, you can explore freely and without worry, as there are no Centurions or Spheres ready to harm you. The previous owner also left their set of iron armor and a few weapons so you don't have to spend your hard-earned (or stolen) gold at Arrille's Tradehouse. There are also a few books for you and some liquor to drown your sorrows away.
