Scribo - Write on Paper (OpenMW)

Write on different paper and in a blank book. Use colored inks. Copy books, magic scrolls, regular scrolls and notes. +Read Book Indicator.

1. Writing

Tools Needed: A quill pen and black ink ("Inkwell").

How to Start: Grab paper from your inventory, hold Ctrl, and drag it onto your character or press ctrl+Activate button.

Text Limit: Depends on paper type. The "Leather-Bound Journal" has no limit.

Durability: A quill pen has a 5% chance to break. One inkwell is depleted after 5 uses:

  []5 uses = Copying a book[/]

2. Colored Text

Ink Needed: Black ink + Ochre / Malachite / Saphire / Diluted Ink

Syntax: {r}red text{} {gn}green text{} {b}blue text{} {g}gray text{}. Black is default.

Restriction: Colors do not work on low-quality materials: "Paper" or "Rolled Paper". You can only write on "Paper" using black ink, but the color is always gray.

  []Editing something without the required colored inks in your inventory will remove all previous formatting for that color[/]

3. Copying 

How to Start: Ctrl+click on an item you wish to copy from your inventory, or ctrl + your Activate keybind, if the item is outside.

Note that copying in a bookseller's shop is a crime. Elsewhere, it depends on your disposition with the owner (80).

Magical Scrolls:

Needs: Black ink, quill pen, "Fine Parchment" x1.

Requirements: Intelligence 40+, Enchant skill 25/50/75/100 (depends on the amount of effects), magic school skill 25, enough magicka.

Regular Scrolls:

You copy the text, not the item ID. Copies cannot be used in quests.

Needs: Black ink, quill, "Rolled Paper" / "Fine Parchment".

Requirements: Intelligence 40+.
