Ring of the Dumbner

Disclaimer - this mod doesn't really do anything much, it was essentially just a put-in-practice method of teaching me how to create some future mods I went on to publish. You probably shouldn't bother downloading it lol

This (totally serious) mod introduces a new ring that carries with it an intelligence debuff for Dunmer, all other races are unaffected. Dark Elves who wear the ring have reported hearing a voice emanating from within. A voice which speaks through their very own mouths... It is said that this voice has a... unique way of pronouncing their race's name...

This mod was inspired by the occasional Redguard male's mispronunciation of Dunmer. ("Dumbner")

You can find the ring in the hollowed out tree stump next to the Seyda Neen lighthouse - the one with the silver goblet and some gold. It should work with basically everything, so long as you load this after anything else that changes Seyda Neen.
