Restored Level-up Messages - for character progression mods

For use with mods such as Natural Character Growth which remove the vanilla level-up menu.

Works on new and existing saves (so long as the player is at or below lvl 21 which is when the vanilla game runs out of unique level up messages).

Found myself missing the original game's flavour text in the level-up screen so I made a quick script to add them back in as message boxes the first time the player sleeps after gaining a level, along with the music.

Also adds them as journal entries under the quest name "Advancements" so you can use them as postive affirmations and console yourself whenever you get stomped on.

If you use Skyrim Style Quest Notifications you may add ssqn.registerQBlock("Levelup_Messages") to the ignore list .lua in Scripts\SSQN\interop if you don't want to get a notification every time you level.
