Raven's spell icon re-color

Update Added a patch file that includes the re-colored lightning shield icons that I missed including in the original mod upload. Simply download it after the original mod, and drag and drop the two dds lightning shield icons from the patch into the SAME icons folder you created or used with my original upload (Raven's spell icon re-color), if you want the yellow lightning shield icons to work in your game. The lightning shield patch now brings this mod up to 98 total icon files edited.

Some Backstory

I looked all over the internet to find what I wanted for my own spell icon re-placers, and couldn't find anything that I wanted, so I made my own. All modded icons are the exact size and detail of the vanilla icons, they are simply re-colored to fit my own tastes. I probably won't be updating this mod at all, so if you want a certain icon changed, you will have to do it yourself. To make or edit your own icons, download Gimp and load up the icon file you want to edit. Once done with your edit, just use File>Overwright (name of file).

I learned what I know using Gimp over the 3-4 hours it took me to re-color all the icons in this mod, so don't ask me for advice. I really barely know what I'm doing haha.

Description

A simple "plugin-less" re-color of 96 spell icons. To better tell what the effects of certain spells do at a glance. Red for fire, Blue for frost, Yellow for shock, etc. Besides the destruction spells, I have also re-colored many other spell schools, such as restoration; a bright yellow color for restoring health, blue for restoring magicka, green for restoring fatigue, etc. In addition to those color changes, I have also made a custom vampire icon.

The png image I included in the .rar is only the tip of the iceberg for showing the icons that are included in the mod. I lost steam after finishing the icons themselves, and just kind of smashed some screenshots together for showing off a bit of them. The icons themselves look really nice in game, and of course there are a lot more of them, then I have showed off. I hope you enjoy.

Installation

I use openmw 48, so I install mods the openmw way (Simple google search can explain how to install mods with openmw.)

However, since this is simply an icon re-placer, dragging the icon files from my mod, and then copy>paste>overwrite them into the Morrowind>Data Files>Icons>s folder will work just fine. Make sure to backup your Morrowind Icons folder before installing my mod though, just in case.

Uninstallation

Remove the mod from your openmw append menu in the launcher, or delete the Icon files/Icon folder that you got from this mod, and replace them with morrowind's original icon files that you should have kept a backup of.
