📋 About This Mod
Add randomized Buffs to NPCs
( A - Purpose ) This is a balance mod meant to be a final solution to all NPC-PC balance issues in Morrowind. ( B - Actions ) It adds several spells to the game which will boost stats from 0-50 points as well as adding other effects like sanctuary, resist magic, etc. Theese will be removed from the player at creation and intermitent checks will be made. ( C - Versatility ) Feel free to adjust the bonuses to your liking in the CS before starting a game. If you\'re using a massive regeneration mod, add +10 magic regeneration to NPCs. If you want an insta-kill game, give everyone +300 strength. Think sneaking is too easy? Give everyone +25 security. ( D - Installation ) This mod will only effect NPCs that have never been in the same cell with you. If they\'ve already had their bonuses added you will have to reload the mod or start a new game. Otherwise just put it in your data files folder and check the box like usual. ( E - Issues ) 1 - Races This mod takes over all the default races making any changes to them null. 2 - Custom races This mod does not BY DEFAULT affect custom races 3 - Solution If you have a mod that changes the game\'s races and you would like it work with this mod load up the CS, double click your mod, double-right-click my mod, and load. Now drag the magic effects from my mod over the races. Save and play. This also works from custom races. 4 - Blocked NPCs Well it seems theese effects don\'t touch blocked NPCs(NPCs that Bethesda locked off). So most main-quest NPCS will not be affected and some others. 5 - Creatures Does not affect creatures. ( F - Defaults ) By default this mod will add 0-50 to all NPC stats, give them magick regeneration, and slow health regeneration as well as a couple useful magic effects. Theese are random and will be so every time you start a new game. You will never quite know what to expect. It is balanced to compensate for the advantages gained from my Channeling mod but it can modified to fit any purpose..
