Randolph's Rebalanced Races

This mod alters race attributes, skill bonuses, and specials to be more balanced, interesting, and appropriate (according to my own personal tastes). I tried to let each race fit a unique archetype without overlapping too much, and I tried to give fairly equal consideration to lore and gameplay.

Vanilla information can be found here on UESP for the sake of comparison. The Readme specifies which values in the specials were changed from vanilla and gives a short overview of the minor height adjustments.
