  Disclaimer

  The Propaganda Machine isn't up and running yet. The mod was originally meant to be released for Morrowind Modding Madness 2024, but its time constraints and unpredictable life events proved to be too brutal to let us do the ideas at least some form of justice. This doesn't mean the mod will be abandoned, though: it will be released independently from the competition. Hopefully.

  Installation

  Quilts & Quills is OpenMW-exclusive and targets builds of its upcoming 0. 49. 0 release. Get one from here.

  Jammings off

  Unpack the mod's directory and add it in OpenMW Launcher. The mod includes a plugin and a script list (The Propaganda Machine.omwscripts) you'll need to enable.

  For the intended visual experience, enable post-processing, soft particles, transparent postpass and auto use normal/specular maps settings in the launcher.

  Compatibility

  The mod is loosely compatible with Master Index official add-on. Folms Mirel should let you complete its quest at the same time.

  The use of character location randomizer mods is not recommended.
