Jiub, Socucius Ergalla, Sellus Gravius, that guard outside, and Nerevar in all of his reincarnations are tired of dealing with each other. They have been forced to act out this short sequence of events for nearly the last 20 years, and they always end up back where they started sooner than they'd like. They have nothing nice to say to you either, most recent Nerevarine. Waking from the most recent iteration of this nightmare, your character realizes the dream has become reality. They won't be able to stay awake for this...

Quick Character Creation is a mod that speeds up character creation to the time it takes you to make your character. You still start with Jiub and end with Sellus Gravius, but all of the repetitious middle steps are cut by fading to black and moving you on to the next essential step. There are 4 steps:

There are no tutorials of any kind, and no time for them anyway. Fargoth's Engraved Ring of Healing is left alone in the barrel and you have to backtrack for it. You could say that balances out the far-fetched roleplaying above by not forcing you to dig through barrels. If you wish to steal the limeware platter or any of the tutorial items, you can go back for them too, but the guard won't be so lenient if you are caught.

There are still voice lines but I changed all of them to quick generic lines to reflect the made-up "explanation" for your character blacking out. Everyone just wants you to get the paperwork done so they can get a few days of rest before the next Nerevarine shows up.

There is nothing new about shortening character creation, but I was not able to find a mod on Morrowind Nexus that effectively cuts the sequence without going straight to the end. A lot of mods try to make the process longer, move it somewhere else, or add extraneous features like extra starting money. If you want a shortcutted vanilla character creation, enable this mod. Otherwise, disable it.
