Python Morrowind Character Builder

This is a very basic and mildly incompetent character planner in Python3 I made for personal use. You can set your major and minor skill, race, class, birthsign, etc. There are tools for random name generation, a way to see your starting spells and initial hit chances, and which factions best match the skills you've chosen.

The planner is itself moddable. By default it comes with a 'vanilla' folder, but you can add races, change the starter spells, etc. in a mod folder by copying the vanilla folder and editing the CSV files therein.

Also, because I am too lazy to re-zip it, my last few MW characters are included as examples.
