Downloader Beware:

In hindsight, the release of this was premature. The most pressing issue at the moment is that the animation is incompatible with beast races. If you happen to have a beast character, trigger the animation, then save your game, that character will be broken forever. So don't do that. I fully intend to make this compatible with beast races asap, but I can't offer a timeline as to when that will be, so until then: beware. I thought about removing the file for download but decided to leave it as a study resource and for those who don't play beast characters.

Press 'Alt + G' in-game to squat down. Press it again to stand back up.

Incompatible with beast races.

Incompatible with Weapon Sheathing.

Only the player squats.

There's a slight 'jitter' at the end of the 'standing up' animation because of a lack of foresight and I'm an amateur.

While squatting you'll be able to rotate in place. Doesn't affect anything and it doesn't happen unless you make it but it may look goofy to some.

Future Plans:

Fix the above mentioned issues, beast race compatibility being priority number 1.

Implement a fatigue restoration mechanic while squatting as a togglable option.
