Personal Effects Expanded

I always loved R-Zero's original Personal Effects mod. While there have been several starting equipment mods since, such as Merlord's Starting Equipment and Danae123's Ahead of the Classes, the way Personal Effects implemented it felt much more immersive and balanced to me.

Of course, me being who I am, I ended up fiddling with it - initially just to fix some bugs and make some balance tweaks, but then also to cover all vanilla classes, since I was using Half11's Descriptive NPC Classes. Later on, as my modlist expanded and I switched to Atrayonis' Playable NPC Classes, I expanded it to cover all classes added by Tamriel_Data (or at least the ones that Atrayonis made playable). And due to the way Personal Effects was scripted, I didn't even need to make Tamriel_Data a requirement!

At the time, I only released the mod on The Assimilation Lab and in the Morrowind Modding Discord, but since TAL now appears to be dead and gone, I'm uploading it here. As a bonus I've given the mod one last brush-up, fixing some minor spelling mistakes.

This expanded version was built on the MWSE version of Personal Effects 1. 2, so it is not compatible with OpenMW.
