I really like oblivion crosshairs so i made one for Morrowind's plugin "Ownership indicator" which is part of MGE XE package. You can get in here: http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/41102/ in optional file.
It isn't default stealing icon from Oblivion but default pick-up-icon in red color. Nothing more.
To install it just unpack archive in Morrowind folder. To uninstall remove ..\Data Files\Textures\target_ownership.dds
Make sure that you have backup copy of this file if you use another custom icon.
This mod replaces Skyrim's default ownership indicator with the red hand icon from TES4: Oblivion. It's a simple cosmetic swap for players who prefer the classic Oblivion aesthetic.
