How it works:
1. Assign keys for toggle and change cloak in mod menu;
2. Buy any cloaks from Clagius Clanler: Outfitter;
3. Press toggle or change cloak key and you will see the cloak on your Nerevarine;
4. Press toggle cloak key to wear it off.
Cloaks now have specific animations, depending on character movement.
