(OpenMW) Pilferer

If you're seen trespassing and an item went missing, npcs will make the connection between you and the theft.

How?

When you enter a cell, everyone's hello values get boosted to 150

This makes them greet you from a pretty far distance.

The first one who greets you will have a muted soundfile, but they will look at you.

The mod then tracks how they rotate towards you to make sure its not just random chatter

Anything you stole until this point will be added to your bounty twice. Anything you steal afterwards too.

After the first person saw you, their hello values get reset to default

NOTE:

If you're not using quickloot, some thefts might go unnoticed

When you're sneaking after you've been caught, you get a sneak debuff of -5 and there will be a messagebox and a ui icon that you can freely position/resize
