If you have NCGD installed, that needs to be loaded first. Not compatible with Better Merchant Skills.
Optionally also awards mercantile exp for bribing and bartering if you want
The haggling exploit detection uses exactly the same formula as the engine and it ONLY prevents the exploit.
It does not "tune" the skill levels of npcs, so mercantile will still cap out at around 30 for most of them.
