Makes sneaking faster and boosts you speed when not wielding weapons.
I have been messing with the cs for some time editing other peoples mods to my liking, but this one i made myself and I haven't seen anyone else make a mod like this, so i'm posting it. The scripting for this this was learned (basically copied) from kreeps and endienessdragon. I use openmw, so the mod is made for that. Fixed the openmw issue. Works for oldwind now.
Makes sneaking faster by increasing the fsneakspeedmult gmst to 1. 5
Raises or lowers your speed depending on what weapon type you are holding. fists count as medium weapons... i don't know a good way to fix that sorry.
