This is a simple mod that uses assets from TD to give culture appropriate clothing to various NPCs in Dagon Fel, as it felt a bit weird to see them using dunmer clothing. I tried to avoid clothing that looked too warm, as nords should be cold resistant, and Dagon Fel isn't even cold.
As I was already editing the NPCs, I also gave new heads and hair, to add a bit more variety.
