Fixes an oversight by Bethesda
For some reason the game has 3 npcs just named "Egg Miner" that are used in Ahallaraddon Egg Mine, Panud Egg Mine, Hawia Egg Mine and Asha-Ahhe Egg Mine. I don't think there's anywhere else other than guards so I quickly went over and gave them all names and distinct appearances.
