Fixes bad weights on Helseth's robe.
No more broken robe mesh, now you can wear the garments of the former king of Mournhold without it looking like ass.
Also included is an esp that changes the name of the robe from the weird "Frostguard Robe" to "Helseth's Robe" just like the id.
