Allows players with the old version of ncgdMW to use ncgdMW Lua edition, or return to default leveling, whilst keeping their old skill mastery.
Essentially this is simply ncgdMW with all of the scripts gutted aside from Skill Mastery magic effects so that players can have a smooth experience switching to ncgdMW Lua edition without losing all their skills.
