Adds quick and dirty scripts to the Tamriel_Data compass and sextant to report the players facing and position.
Rather than being inert & useless objects compasses will now report your facing to the tenth of a degree, and sextants your X & Y position to the 1/100th of a cell. Purely for immersion - any resemblance to usefulness for any persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
