Nautlius Helmet and Spear

Adds a psychedelic looking helmet and spear to the game. It can be found in the Ihinipalit shrine to Sheogorath in St. Delyn canton's underworks, in the small room behind the shrine. (if lazy, the item ids are nautilus_helm and nautilus_spear)

The lore is that it's a half-finished set of weaponry/works of art made from the exoskeleton of some rare shivering isles cephalopod beast. thats it
