This is just a pseudo copy of mwgeks Anvils rickshaw travel mod. I made it for personal use, but i'm sure other people would enjoy it, so i am uploading it.
Added dialogue to the npc's so they feel more like they belong.
It adds five npc's around Narsis: one by the arena changed to be beside the temple, one by the bazaar. one by the waterfront close to the boat service, one just below the strider port and one close to the velothi tower.
