📋 About This Mod
Added 3 homes to Morrowind in Balmora, Ald-Ruhn, and Sadrith Mora to start; I will be adding more in future updates (suggestions are welcome!!) I tried to keep them modest, but there are a few decent items in each of the homes.
To purchase, read the notice posted on the door of each of these homes and follow the note/journal.
Let me know if there are any issues, and please feel free to leave suggestions for future homes and/or improvement; enjoy!
Adds 3 modest player homes to Morrowind, purchasable via keys. Interact with the notice on each door to learn where to buy the key. A simple, lightweight housing mod with 33 endorsements and 560 downloads, last updated in December 2021.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Simple and straightforward: just three homes, no complex quests or scripts.
- Lightweight and compatible with most setups (no external dependencies mentioned).
- Community-tested with 33 endorsements and 560 downloads.
⚠️ Cons
- No screenshots or detailed descriptions of the homes' interiors or locations.
- Last updated in 2021 — may not be tested with the latest Morrowind modding tools or patches.
- Limited to three homes; if you're looking for a grand estate, this isn't it.
For Morrowind players who want a few simple, purchasable homes without any fuss. If you're a completionist or roleplayer looking for a modest base of operations, this fits. Skip if you want elaborate, quest-driven housing or major overhauls.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure to read the notice on each door to find the key seller — the mod doesn't give you a map marker.
- If you're using a mod manager like Wrye Mash or Mod Organizer 2, just drop the mod in and activate it; load order shouldn't matter much for a simple housing mod.
- Check your in-game journal or the mod's readme (if included) for the exact key locations, as they might be easy to miss.
