Description

This mod is designed to be a middle ground between vanilla behavior amd Aestherus's "Passve Cliff Racers" (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/43943).
The mod simply adds a new type of cliff racer with the tag cliff racer_passive and modifies leveled lists to feature more of these. Currently there is
about a 50% chance that any cliffracer you encounter will be hostile.

This was a simple mod to make. Use it how you see fit, edit it or include it in other work as needed or desired. I don't require credit but it would be
appreciated if you choose to. If you don't like the ratios i've implemented you can simply find the leveled lists featuring cliff racers
(There should be about 5 or 6 sets)
