Unzip the mod subdirectory wherever you put your mods, or on a datapath listed in openmw.cfg (default Windows location C:\Users\...\Documents\My Games\OpenMW), and check the checkbox in OpenMW Launcher > Data Files > MODNAME.omwscripts

Raise or lower your stats (base attribute and skill levels), multiplicatively, by some fraction. This can be done to make the game easier or harder, respectively. To trigger, hit the difficulty checkbox, and then the execute script checkbox, then hit escape a few times or whatever.

Otherwise, this mod is largely only useful with my other mods, or potentially with any mod that affects attribute or skill modifier and or damage values. If your values get messed up, you can hit the checkboxes in Esc > Options > Scripts > Sol's Debug Reset Stats, and hit escape a couple times or whatever, which should auto-execute the script. It is set to do so, then reset, when you hit the GameMenu or Use inputs.
