📋 About This Mod

Minor Plantations Redone

============

Description

============

Ever thought that the Gro-Bagrat and Arano plantations felt more like farmhouses instead of proper plantations?

This mod aims to fix that by expanding them. New buildings, revised interiors, a few new NPCs, and more!

The expansions are to scale - the plantations are not larger than the Dren and Arvel plantations, which are meant to be bigger.

You'll also find 2 new short quests for you to do - though you'll struggle to do them both without them conflicting.

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Community-approved with 122 endorsements and over 34k downloads.
  • Recently updated (January 2026) so it's likely compatible with current Morrowind setups.
  • Fills a niche for players who want more immersive plantation locations.

⚠️ Cons

  • Only two locations are overhauled—don't expect a full Vvardenfell plantation expansion.
  • The description doesn't mention compatibility with other mods that alter the same areas, so conflicts are possible.
  • No screenshots or detailed feature list provided, so you're going in somewhat blind.
🎯 Is This For You?
For Morrowind players who want the Gro-Bagrat and Arano plantations to feel more like real agricultural estates. If you're a lore-friendly visual overhaul enthusiast, this is a nice touch. Skip if you're looking for gameplay changes or a broader overhaul of all plantations.
