Minor Balmora Overhaul

A tiny Balmora touch up, placing a single tree at the city's central plaza.

Mazase was kind enough to provide a fix for my mess with Heddvild's size. It should work fine now. I suspect that if you're currently running a save with the older version of the mod (where Heddvild's size has doubled) returning her to her normal size will probably require a new game.

This mod is part of my larger Balmora overhaul mod, which I would advice you to not use, as there are way better alternatives out there and Heddvild's size is not fixed in that mod because I'm not sure how to implement it on the larger mod without redoing the mod from the beginning, something that I'm currently unwilling to do.

Compatibility:

1. I'm using Vanilla-Friendly West Gash Trees Replacer so I guess as long as you use those or the vanilla models the lanterns will render fine, otherwise I believe you're gonna have floating ropes and lanterns.

2. That said, it should be compatible with anything that doesn't change the center of the plaza. I took care not to block the sewer entrance from Balmora Waterworks.

End note: I haven't been actively playing Morrowind for a while now, so I'm not really paying attention to my mods. Anyone's free to use/modify this and also upload anything derived from this.
