Not too much to say about this mod, it's a dress from a japanese mobile game called Tokyo After School Summoners from a character named Maria.
I won't be dishonest with you, i think the dress isn't really good, the textures are quite blurry and lackluster, maybe i will do a "Remake" of this mod in a future.
The dress is in Nalcarya of White Haven's house in Balmora, you can found it in a chest named "Maria's Chest" in the second floor of her house.
