"Your luck is at zero, she won't let you hit" N'wah, please. Increases all races' base luck to 50 and the Luck multiplier by 25%.
Base luck for all races has been increased from the default 40 to 50.
The luck modifier has been increased from 10 to 12. 5
The luck modifier will affect all rolls.
The stat change only affects new Player Characters and NPCs that haven't been loaded yet
