Less Useless Tribunal Artifacts

This mod alters the enchantment on the BiPolar Blade and the Mace of Slurring to make the weapons not as useless. The BiPolar Blade is a nice looking weapon with pretty good stats but unfortunately its enchantment is not only entirely useless, but actually potentially hazardous to use; if you attack a humanoid with it, it may count as a crime due to the calming effect of the blade and you will accrue a bounty even if you are attacking in self defence. With this mod, the enchantment becomes "Cast When Used" instead of "Cast On Strike" so while it's still pretty much useless, you can at least use the sword itself without worry. The Mace of Slurring is also a pretty interesting looking item with decent stats but a completely useless enchantment. With this mod, the "Drain Speechcraft" ability becomes an "Absorb Speechcraft" ability instead, so you could have some niche use swinging it at summons prior to speaking with a merchant or something. I was going to alter the Lich Robe as well but proud2Bnerd already made a great mod addressing it, so go download his mod too if you want.

This mod requires Tribunal, obviously.
