Legends - Belfier Leminz V2.0

I added a fletching kit that will allow you to create new kinds of arrows, apply poisons to them, and add differant arrowheads to them. I changed a few things with the main NPC (Belfier Leminz) and added a new NPC that you can purchase materials from (to make new arrows), he's sort of a blacksmith. You can purchase alloy from him and then ask him to make arrow shafts out of it and he will for a price, you can give him bonemeal and have him make bone arrow shafts for a price, or you can have him make you wooden arrow shafts; all of which you can use to make arrows with after you purchase a fletching kit. This NPC will also treat you differantly (just like Belfier Leminz will), if you are not a wood elf, like him. (There's even racism in Vvardenfell...hehe!) You can still purchase the stuff regardless of your race, but he doesn't like talking to any other race so it's lower his disposition everytime you talk to him. His current location is in Balmorah so let me know if he's in the way of any one elses mod, so I can move him to a safe place. I've also re-worked some of the arrows - this time around I like them much better. The 'deleted dialog' problem has been fixed with this version as well. If you have version 1. 0 of this mod installed on your system, install this one and it should restore the deleted dialog. Again, sorry to everyone that installed V1. 0 causing their game to mess up.
