Description

kobolds are a small subterranean race of reptilian humanoids, they are believed to be decended from argonians, whom were at one time enslaved by the dwemer.

kobolds are seen as small sneaky creatures with potent magical capacity.

kobolds have the following stats

Small Stature:

as a small creature you're a lot harder to hit. you have a permanent +15 sanctuary

75% fire resistance:

the underground is ofter quite hot, especially around morrowind and red mountain, kobolds have adapted to be quite comfortable with high temperatures.

I have not fully tested this, so if you have any issues let me know, especially since this race is shorter than any of the vanilla races (yes even wood elves, you'll be looking up to fargoth.)
