Immersive Omens and Fortune Tellers

How to install:

Extract the esp file into your data files and enable it in the game launcher.

Omens and Fortune Tellers adds six Fortune Tellers to the world who can be paid 350 gold to read your future and apply a random buff or debuff to you. It's a gamble, and may pay off significantly or be a detriment depending on what they see is in your future.

Locations of the Fortune Tellers:

1. Ulik can be found in the Lucky Lockup in Balmora. At worst he can make you weaker to normal weapons and magic, and at best he can make you more effective with normal weapons, as well as boosting your willpower and personality related skills.

2. Soris can be found in the Earthly Delights in Suran. At worst she will significantly drain your Endurance, Intelligence and Agility, and at best she'll significantly buff those same skills.

3. Anril can be found at the Lizard's Head in Vivec. At best he will fortify your magicka for 50-150 points and at worse he'll cause it to drain overtime.

4. Diocletia can be found at the Pilgrim's Rest in Molag Mar. At best she will fortify your luck by 20 points, and at worst she'll drain it by that same amount.

5. Denlyn can be found at the Ald Skar Inn in Ald'ruhn. At worst he'll drain your strength and fatigue, and best he'll fortify your health and fatigue significantly.

6. Kjarka can be found at the End of the World in Dagon Fel. At worst she'll drain your speed and burden you. At best she can increase your speed and feather you, as well as provide a long-term water walking ability.

All the new NPC's share dialogue when explaining the process of bestowing an omen upon you. However, they all have unique dialogue depending on what omen you get, such as insisting the Gods have blessed you or encouraging you not to leave town because they believe you are cursed.

Omens range as follows:

Great Omens: Significant buff

Good Omens: Modest buff

Poor Omens: Modest debuff

Dreadful Omens: Significant debuff

You will always have a higher chance of receiving a Good or Poor Omen rather than Great or Dreadful ones. Great and Dreadful Omens typically last longer than Good and Poor ones. Though there are exceptions to the rule, most Good/Poor Omens last around 10 minutes, while Great/Dreadful ones can last up to 20.

Update 1. 1 features:

1. By delivering items of value to Fortune Tellers they'll offer to bestow a special omen upon you in exchange for it. Special omens are better than great omens, but can only be received through this method. By asking to receive a special omen you also have less chance of receiving a dreadful or poor omen. To learn what items each Fortune Teller values, speak to their peers in other towns.

2. You need at least 30 disposition to receive a special omen, even if you have the item the Fortune Teller values.
