Iceholme Retreat

A Nord merchant has appeared on the road to the northeast of Balmora. She's got a small treasure to sell. Will you take your chance to learn its secrets?
Requirements:

In case you're using Tomb of the Snow Prince (2. 2. 2) the patch is provided.
Features:
- A small quest and an atmospheric dungeon (level 10+ is recommended).
- New wonderful helmet and a cozy hat by Ruffin Vangarr and a lot of other unique weapons and items from OAAB.
- A nice house with plenty of storage space and a large secure display hall with mannequins for all your treasures + many other convenient features.
- The changes to the game's worldspace are minimal, it's very compatible.
- This mod gives you an additional way to quickly get to Solstheim. The vanilla quest of getting there is left untouched! The patch for Tomb of the Snow Prince (2. 2. 2) is provided.
The version with no edits to Solstheim is also available. Please choose only ONE main .esp file.
- You can skip meeting the merchant near Balmora and find the entrance to the barrow on Solstheim by yourself (it's to the northwest of the Fort Frostmoth both in vanilla and TOTSP versions). It won't break the quest.
Recommended mods:
- Tomb of the Snow Prince is strongly recommended. Please use my patch for it. Also you can check out Landscape Overhaul for The White Wolf of Lokken Mountain.
- Balmora Outskirts - Stoneflower trading post will enhance the area at the road where a new merchant appears.
- Glowing Atronachs will make the dungeon look nicer.
- Morrowind Enhanced Textures or Intelligent Textures.
- Bloodmoon Rebalance will make your Solstheim travels more pleasant at lower levels.
