First of all exuse my terrible english.

This mod will give you a cozy little shack next to the dock of Hla Oad. It's perfect for a new character. If you, like me, doesn't like the expansion out there because doesn't fit the lore, and you like to maintain the original town, with at least 1 place to rest and cumulate your treasure, than MAYBE this mod could intrest you.

The shack come with: - 5 barrel - 2 Crate - 1 Table chest - 1 Treasure chest - 1 Small box and various statics and clutter. Accurately handplaced (I hope)

All those container got New ID and TOTALLY SAFE to use, also encumberance value got increased by 3x (nothing overpowered)

• Just place the file "Hla Oad Shack 1. 0.esp" inside your Morrowind/Data folder

• Just delete the file "Hla Oad Shack 1. 0.esp" inside your Morrowind/Data folder

• The shack will be incompatible with every alteration in the Hla Oad cells, dock area.
• Look the exteriors picture to have an idea of where is situated.
