Simple patch enabling NPCs with the Healer or Healer Service class to heal you with magic. Select the "heal me" topic (which should be added at startup) from their menu. They can restore health/magicka/fatigue, cure diseases, or restore attributes. They're cheaper than shrines unless you're in the Temple, but they don't provide blessings or restore skills (which afaik is never a used mechanic in the base game anyways.)
