📋 About This Mod
This mod adds several pipes to the game that consume hackle-lo to heal you and restore your magicka, which can be purchased by visiting any NPC with the publican class (almost every bartender) and using the new "Hackle-Lo" topic. Ashlander traders will also sell you a pipe and hackle-lo.

While most pipes are available to anyone, you'll have to increase the sellers disposition above 60 to be able to purchase the more expensive pipes. The ashlander pipe can only be purchased by visiting an Ashlander tribe and speaking to the trader. If you're a friend of the clans, they'll also offer you a discount on bulk hackle-lo purchases. While all the pipes will heal you slowly and restore your mana, only the cheaper pipes have the additional downside of damaging your speed.
