Guild Guide for Hire

Features:

• []A Redguard guild guide named Caleb in Balmora.[/]

[]Hiring mechanic that allows you to hire him for 30 days to work for you as a guild guide at your place.[/]

[]He can teleport you to 4 places - Balmora, Caldera, Ald'ruhn, Vivec.[/]

[]The price is 2800 gold per month.[/]

[]He returns to Balmora when the contract is over.[/]

[]You will still have to pay the regular transportation fee.[/]

[]You can also pay 35000 to hire him permanently.[/]

[]He is not ready for battle, so he won't be an effective combat companion.[/]

[]Several unique dialogue topics to chat with him, including a couple of secret ones.[/]

[]If he dies, you will have to pay compensation to the guild.[/]

The mod idea is a simple one. I heard that people use console or command spells to bring vanilla guild guides to their homes permanently, and I thought - why not make a mod about it to make it legal?

  Changelog:

  Version 1. 2

  • []Added an option to hire him forever for 35000 septims.[/]

    []Cleaned some dirty ref.[/]

  Version 1. 1
  • []Extended the period from 7 to 30 days. Increased the price from 500 to 2800.[/]

[]Tweaked dialogue and conditions to make the mod even more robust to breaking.[/]

[]Left the old 7-days version available in case someone will be unhappy with the change.[/]

    Future ideas:

    • []Make more guild guides for hire on Vvardenfell and on the continent.[/]

[]Make them cast a teleportation spell when they return home from service (currently, they just warp off-screen).[/]
