A quick mod that adds a Fortify Maximum Magicka spell to Arrille's inventory. Intended for enchanters.
Baby's first Morrowind mod.
This just adds a small, mostly useless spell to Arrille's inventory that allows you to use the Fortify Maximum Magicka effect for enchanting and spellcrafting. I like to use it on all sorts of small items.
The way the spell works is that you will get more benefit from using a Fortify Magicka effect until you hit 100 INT, at which point the bonus from Fortify Maximum Magicka will be equal. Once you get past 100 INT, Fortify Maximum Magicka will give you a bigger boost.
