This mod gives you option to spare Dro'Sakhar's life who has a bounty on his head.
I always viewed any bounty contract originating from the Vivec Fighters Guild with the grain of salt even Percius Mercius can be misinformed.

Installation

Simply drop it in your Data Files and activate the ESP.
Deactivate the ESP but only after you completed the Dro'Sakhar's Bounty (FG_KhajiitBounty) quest or before you started the quest.

Incompatibilities

Any mod that modifies Dro'Sakhar topic dialogue or Dro'Sakhar's Bounty (FG_KhajiitBounty) quest and journal. Let me know I will try to make compatibility patch. This mod only affects one journal, one dialogue topic the chances that there will be conflict with other mods is small. I could not find any mod that affects Dro'Sakhar quest.

Honestly I dunno as I am OpenMW user and load order has little effect on optimization of the game.
My guess is to place FG Spare Khajiit. ESP in the same section where your other quest mod ESPs are if you use vanilla engine to play Morrowind.
You can also use mlox and hope it will work.
