Adds a glow effect to Meshes\tr\atr_a_abernanit_uni.nif
this will be included in a larger project idea i been working on,
but i thought i'd upload the edited meshes and textures as a standalone for now,
as it just been laying around on my drive for a couple of days.
i found this shield playing through the amazing Kogoruhn - Extinct City of Ash and Sulfur
you will also want to use Morrowind Enhanced Textures for the base textures
not sure what other mods include this shield, i guess TR since the original mesh is from TD.
