📋 About This Mod

Adds a customizable equipment window to the Inventory UI, showing a summary of currently equipped items, their condition and enchantment charge, as well as empty slots, including modded like Onion or Backpacks. English and Russian

In my latest playthrough with Merlord's DRIP, I came across several Chitin Armor pieces with powerful enchantments. However, Chitin Armor has one of the lowest durability values among armor types, so it was breaking very quickly.

After finishing Tribunal - with a lot of reloading due to frequent deaths - I realized that many of my armor pieces had broken (so unequipped) or had been accidentally stored away, so I made through most parts of Tribunal without pants (greaves) lol.

Since Morrowind doesn’t show how many equipment slots you have or which ones are empty, I decided to create a UI that gives you a summary of your currently equipped items and highlights any unfilled slots.

This mod adds an additional window to the Inventory menu (accessible via right-click). It can be toggled either with the "+" button located at the top-left corner of the character portrait or with a hotkey, which can be set in the MCM (default: Tab). You can choose to hide the button or disable the hotkey entirely if you prefer.

The added window, called the Equipment Menu, displays multiple tables representing different equipment types:

  • []Hands/Weapons (1H weapon + shield or 2H weapons, and arrows/bolts)

    []Armor (all armor slots)

[]Clothing (all clothing slots, plus rings and amulet)

Each table can be individually enabled or disabled and customized through MCM.

    Table Columns

Each table includes the following columns (which can be hidden individually for each table):

    • []Item icon

      []Slot name

      []Condition value

      []Enchantment charge value

      []Item name

      Display options

By default, condition and enchantment charge values are shown as absolute numbers (e.g. 425 / 500). You can switch to a percentage format (e.g. 85%) in MCM.

Values are also color-coded based on thresholds:

      • []≥ 80%

        []≥ 50%

        []≥ 25%

        []< 25%

For example, condition values over 80% are shown in green, while those below 25% are red - drawing your attention to items that may need repair or recharging.

You can customize these colors per table or disable the coloring entirely, in which case all numbers will appear in the default UI font color.

Slot Visibility & Empty Slot Tracking

If you're like me and can’t remember every equipment slot, there's a handy setting in MCM that allows you to display only empty slots. If all slots are filled, the message "All Weapon/Armor/Clothing slots are filled" will be shown for that table.

Some slots are mutually exclusive - for example, you can’t equip both boots and shoes at the same time. In such cases, the conflicting slot won’t appear empty but will instead show the currently equipped
