Dwemer Architecture Reimagined

Here we go again. This time, i give you my version of what Dwemer architecture should look like.

The reason i did this mod was that Morrowind's Dwemer ruins don't have a majestic feel to them, in contrast to than we can experience on latter games. For instance, i didn't like that a civilization known for it's mastery of both metal and stone would create and surround themselves with metal that would rust with the passage of time. After all, it is supposed to be Dwemer metal, a kind of complex metal that up to this day its manufacturing can't be replicated.

Well, no longer. Expect worn "copper like" metal instead of rusted metal all over the place. On the deep levels of the ruins (), expect to see detailed and rich stone work, instead of the ruined middle eastern-like architecture like on the original game.

On the exterior, expect to see degraded but solid and detailed stonework with golden adornments.

As a bonus, since a lot of dwemer objects (cups, cylinders, weapons, machinery....) use architectural textures, you will also notice an appearance revamp on them.

As always. all textures are 2k PBR, no AI used.

This is a WIP, not everything was retextured. I will post updates as i see fit.

The main new thing is an alternative version with golden metal colors (similar to Skyrim Dwemer ruins). While i was working on it, i also took the opportunity to enhance some textures and add spec maps. Note though, that the spec maps are very subtile. I'm not fond of the idea of Dwemer metal to be super reflective (like we see with other mods). They are noticeable (specially on direct sun light or other direct light sources), but not that much otherwise (ex: interiors).

In response to many requests, i added an alternative, worn out version of the textures. The textures (mainly metals) have now worn out decals, like scratches and other deformations (see last screenshots).  This is now the default. The cleaner version is now archived.
