📋 About This Mod
Creeper Shop is a complete overhaul of Ghorak Manor with the goal of making Creeper a late game treat, rather than an early game gold exploit.
Changes to Creeper
Creeper is no longer a pushover, paying maximum value for every item. Using a bit of genius scripting from the mod Properly balanced Creeper and Mudcrab by RandomPal, Creeper now has Mercantile and Speechcraft skills. There's a choice between 50, 70, or 90 mercantile, and all three come with a 100 speechcraft Creeper (so don't expect to butter him up with anything other than a G note). He also buys almost everything.
Creeper now has a restocking supply of:
-Petty, lesser, and common soul gems
-Greef, Shein, Sujamma, Mazte, and Nord Mead
-Skooma and Moonsugar
as well as loose samples:
-3 greater soul gems
-1 grand soul gem
-various vintage liquors
-1 daedric katana
Changes to Ghorak Manor
In vanilla, Ghorak Manor could be taken day one. The orcs are nonhostile, weak to any but the newest character, and can be killed one by one with no challenge. I've removed the orcs and added a very strong group of daedra, separated into clusters to balance challenge and fun as the player takes the manor.
(Note: the orc on the third floor is essential for Boethiah's quest and has not been altered)
Furthermore, with Creeper being the best trader in Vvardenfell, Ghorak Manor was a logical pick for home base, despite it's ugliness. Now it's fitted with a private room featuring plenty of storage, a filled wine rack, and some bedside cocaine (courtesy of Creeper). You can find the key amongst your enemies.
Installation
CreeperShop50 sets Creeper at 50 mercantile and 100 speechcraft
- at 100 disposition and 50 player mercantile, a 10,000 value Ebony Shortsword sells for 7,500
CreeperShop70 sets Creeper at 70 mercantile and 100 speechcraft
- at 100 disposition and 50 player mercantile, a 10,000 value Ebony Shortsword sells for 6,874
CreeperShop90 sets Creeper at 90 mercantile and 100 speechcraft
- at 100 disposition and 50 player mercantile, a 10,000 value Ebony Shortsword sells for 5,625
Select the setting you want, copy it into your data folder and activate the ESP though your launcher
Possible conflicts include any mod that affects Creeper or Ghorak Manor. If you have a mod installed that changes merchant gold, load Creeper Shop last.
P. S. Don't try to steal from Creeper. It's not nice :(
