Displays your status as 'Blodskaal' and 'Chieftain of Thirsk' on your character sheet, when you achieve these titles, and also makes 'Skaal' and 'Thirsk' proper factions, with all the relevant NPCs added into them for that disposition increase.
A vanity thing, whenever you achieve a rank in a faction, it is displayed on your character sheet, it should happen when you achieve these ranks in Bloodmoon too.
I know that you folks love splitting hairs, so I'll preemptively say: yes, it's Blodskaal, not Bloodskaal, the game is consistent about the spelling of this word. (Proof in screenshots.)
