📋 About This Mod

"MAY cause Caius to come back because it's such a killer pad"

but probably not

- My Friend

💨 Description 💨Redesign of Caius' crack house, to be more crack house-y. Really just adds some stuff, as well as moves some of his old stuff around, all the important stuff is still there.  It's all lore friendly IMO, there's some Imperial Legion bits hidden around his room, and a dai-katana for Oblivion style Blades nostalgia.

ESP's were cleaned, should be compatible with just about everything, shouldn't be any bugs etc etc.

📊 Pros & Cons

✅ Pros

  • Community-approved with 104 endorsements and 20k+ downloads—clearly a hit for immersion fans.
  • Keeps the iconic messy skooma den vibe while adding a lived-in feel—respects the source material.
  • Small, focused change that doesn't overhaul the whole game—easy to slot into any load order.

⚠️ Cons

  • Last updated June 2025—could be outdated if you're on a newer Morrowind patch, but likely fine.
  • Only touches one location—if you want broader immersion overhauls, this won't scratch that itch.
🎯 Is This For You?
For Morrowind players who love Balmora and want Caius' home to feel more alive without breaking its character. Skip if you're looking for large-scale overhauls—this is a tiny, focused tweak.
📦 Install:Easy· Under 1 minute

💡 Beginner Tips

  • Make sure to place the mod files in your Morrowind Data Files folder and activate the .esp in the launcher.
  • If you use a mod manager like Wrye Mash or MO2, install it through that to keep your load order clean.
  • This mod only affects Caius' home, so it's safe to use with other Balmora mods—just check for conflicts if you have other home overhauls.
