Breakneck Boots - Blinding Speed Rework

With a name like Boots of Blinding Speed, you'd think the blindness would come from moving so fast that it makes seeing what's ahead of you difficult.

This mods attempts to both patch out an exploit while also trying to make the boots more interesting to use beyond just being a passive speed buff without, hopefully, removing its usefulness.

The mod will also allow NPC companions to wear the Boots of Blinding speed without any downsides.

Since modifying the Boots of Blinding speed is a very contentious thing, I decided to make multiple versions of the mod:

• [] Simple Blinding: 

- Blindness is applied through script and can no longer be affected by Resist Magicka.

- Makes the boots live up to its name.

• []Simple Blinding - Reduced:

- Reduced the blindness effect to 50%

- Allows you to use them as you would without needing to use exploits while still having a drawback.

• []Breakneck Blinding - Instant:

- 100% Blindness, but is only applied while running.

- Allows you to use it without any blinding at all if you walk.

• []Breakneck Blinding - Gradual Blind:

- Gradually become blinder the longer you run with the boots.

- Every 10 seconds, you gradually get blinder with your character being able to go up to 40 seconds before being unable to see anything.

- The blindness will also gradually dissipate over the same amount of time while not running.

• []Breakneck Blinding - True Speed:

- Gradually get blinder AND faster the longer you run.

- In addition to getting blinder, you also gain 50 speed every 10 seconds of running

- Running till you're blind will now double the movement speed given by the boots from 200 to 400.

- Standing or Walking will gradually recover your vision and speed.

• []Breakneck Blinding - Balanced

- The same as True Speed but the boot enchantment has been reduced to 50, meaning the boots will now max out its speed at 250.
