Breakable Unlimited Thieves Tools --- B.U.T.T.

Uses MWSE Lua to make all picks and probes Unlimited uses, but still Breakable with a configurable chance.

Either function can be turned on or off using the MCM menu, which also includes 2 sliders, 1 for picks and 1 for probes to set a base chance of breakage.

When Breaking chance is ON, the MCM base is modified by your base Security skill, base Intelligence,  base Luck, and the Quality of the tool being used.

[ Break % is = to MCM base - ( 1/2 the average of security & intelligence item quality + random # between 1 and 1/2 of your luck ) ]

With a minimum of 1% chance.

Unlimited uses affects ALL picks and probes.

Breaking affects all picks and probes EXCEPT the Skeleton Key, and the Secret Master's Tools.

Both will affect all in game and mod added/changed picks and probes, including their quality, as long as the ID's remain the same as vanilla.

This does NOT add the Secret Master's Tools to the game *

UPDATE: Added a chance to reduce break % by a random number based off of your Luck.
